One final part of defining PR is listening. You need to hear what is being said around you, in your community and in the world. You need to hear, really hear and understand, the concerns and fears of others. You may not agree with them, but you need to know their points and emotions. Without ears, you are just another megaphone and out of touch with your world, the news and what those lead cows are doing. NOTE: At the end of almost every section, we’ll give a few questions about the material you covered so you can check yourself.
