Making a story Even when it is hard to get a “story” picture, you can create one with just a little thought. For example, here’s a common shot taken in some EOC – an over the shoulder shot of an operator at work. Nothing much to see. No story to tell.
But what is he doing? Taking down emergency messages? Collecting information from remote sites? Here’s the same picture with one small change…
